Memory of Shaun Weeks

10th February 2017
Shaun was a much loved husband ,father, son, brother, uncle, nephew, friend and soulmate to many people. In his life to say he had a few battles with his health is an understatement and he dealt with them with dignity. He was given a second chance of life when he received a heart transplant over 18 years ago. This gift of life gave him the opportunity to continue on his journey. In this time he was also diagnosed with Cancer as a result of the anti-rejection tablets for his heart transplant... Once again he fought it head on and stood up to cancer. After the transplant he was able to father two beautiful girls ..what a gift! He was an amazing father and he shall live on in all his children who shall continue to make him proud! His wife Sally was the love of his life and they were true soulmates. He was cruelly taken from us all and it's the not being able to say " Goodbye my love..." that hurts. We may not of been able to say these things to you Shaun but we want you to know that we love you with all our hearts .. today tomorrow forever! As Shaun would say..."I'm a lover not a fighter..!" But Shaun you were both....you fought for what you loved.💙
